Writing has always been a vital part of my creativity.

Here you'll find two parts of my writing life:

• PUBLISHED WORK— articles, columns, and features from my time working at The Methow Valley News, where I worked as a columnist, reporter, and photographer.

• CREATIVE WRITING— original poetry and spoken word pieces.

Like photography, both sides are equally a part of who I am. One documents the world; the other helps me make sense of it.
