Wild

$1,450.00

2026

30 × 40

Textured Acrylic on Canvas

Wild started with a simple idea: I wanted to paint something black on black. I wanted it to feel rich and luxurious, but I also wanted light to become part of the painting—to let the texture appear and disappear depending on where you’re standing and how the light hits it.

What began as a flower became something much messier and more interesting. I scraped into it, pulled it apart, layered over it, and let the bloom become almost explosive. There’s still something delicate and floral underneath it all, but it’s also wild and tangled and a little chaotic.

I love that contradiction—the calm of the limited palette against all that movement. Calm and chaos. Restraint and release. A flower coming apart or perhaps becoming something else entirely.

Shipping included in the U.S. All sales final.
